Complex regulated systems. High-stakes users. Products where getting it wrong has real consequences. I work at the intersection of all three, and I turn what I find into decisions that stick.

"Research changes the story when it helps teams build a shared understanding of the problem"
I work at the intersection of research and design, with enough engineering background to understand what's actually buildable, and to know when the constraints are the insight.
What interests me most is what sits between contexts: what users actually experience, what the business genuinely needs, and what engineering can realistically support. I'm drawn to the moments where those three don't yet agree, and to helping teams build a shared understanding of why.
My background spans public healthcare, consultancy, and regulated MedTech, shaped by a multidisciplinary Master's in IT that built a systems understanding across research, design, engineering, and business. What defines my work isn't a single discipline. It's how I engage: listening closely, spotting patterns, connecting perspectives, and helping teams make sense of complexity together.
I work best where research shapes the product direction, in cross-functional teams or dedicated design practices. Open to in-house and freelance roles in UX research, UX/UI, and product design.
